These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph896 ("ph896," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at ph896.org and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph896 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, ph896 may close all associated accounts and void all balances and pending withdrawals without prior notice.

ph896 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the ph896 platform and are subject to change. ph896 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges that ph896 has no control over.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. ph896 reserves the right to apply identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. ph896's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
